Senior Project Delivery Specialist

The Role

As a Senior Project Delivery Specialist you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of water-focused projects from equipment supply to design and commissioning assistance. Use innovative digital solutions to support utilities on their transformation journey. Manage risks meet legal obligations and deliver across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project delivery component including equipment supply installation and commissioning assistance ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsacross sales engineering supply chain legal EHS&S and more in a matrixed environment.
• Provide expert support to customers advising on Xylems product range to meet their operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery best practices including conducting quality audits and managing risk.
• Drive process improvementswithin the Project Delivery team to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee legal and safety compliance ensuring all obligations are met across diverse project scopes and markets.

Skills and Experience

• Project Management accreditation highly desirable and sound understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Technical background is an advantage
• Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects on time within budget and to client satisfaction
• Highly proficient in the use of relevant software including Microsoft Office suite and Project Management Software
• An understanding of water & wastewater treatment technologies and their application is an advantage
• A continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities and implement outcomes for innovation through project delivery process/procedures
• Strong OH&S mindset and experienceis an advantage
