Job Title: Medical Assistant

Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr (W2)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Assistant for a short-term assignment. This role requires proficiency in both front and back-office duties including phlebotomy EKGs and patient support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented adaptable and committed to ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform both front-office and back-office tasks as needed.
Conduct phlebotomy procedures and EKGs.
Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing.
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
Room patients and manage efficient patient flow.
Accurately record and document vital signs.
Ensure effective communication with patients and clinical staff.
Required Qualifications
23 years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG procedures.
Experience with POC testing and patient scheduling.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Current BLS or CPR certification.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
