A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Develop and Configure MES Workflows for Deployment on new areas.

• Write and Execute UAT Test Scripts

• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to validate MES solutions meet business needs.

• Adapt and configure MES to accommodate new products equipment and production processes.

• Maintain and Optimize Existing MES Configurations

• Work closely with production quality automation and IT teams to align MES capabilities with operational goals

• Attend CM sprint review meetings to evaluate and identify new MES features for site integration.

• PowerBI Dashboard Develop

• Analyze system data to uncover process inefficiencies and support Lean Six Sigma and OEE initiatives.

• Assist in implementing OEE solutions and monitor performance trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES): Hands-on experience in configuring maintaining and optimizing MES solutions.

Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency with Power BI SQL and Snowflake for building dashboards reports and advanced data models.

Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies including the ability to apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to drive process efficiency and quality improvements.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze system and process data identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

Collaboration & Communication: Experience working cross-functionally with operations quality automation and IT teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires a Baccalaureate degree

1 year of experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Analytical skills for process improvements

Advanced knowledge of MES

Power BI

Python

Manufacturing experience

Lean/Six Sigma

ERP experience
