As a MFG Engineer Technician you will....(brief summary).

Responsibilities

Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions.
Use hand and power tools to assemble components modules servers and racks
Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components modules servers and racks
Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Document and report any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

An associate degree technical certification or vocational training in assembly or a related field.
At least five years experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment.
Ability in reading and interpreting technical documents (MPI/EI).
Knowledge of production processes in a related industry preferred.
Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards.
Ability for production training in the areas of Assembly Process (MPI).
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Working knowledge of computers and office software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly Base Rate

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
