Job Description

As Pfizer endeavors to expand its leadership in dermatology we are preparing to launch a second indication for LITFULO in mid-2027 for the treatment of non-segmental June 2023 LITFULO was approved to treat severe alopecia areata for ages 12 and achieved #1 prescribed status in 2025 despite being the second JAK to launch in market.

In 2027 there will be fierce competition within the JAK category for vitiligo. LITFULO is tracking to be the 3rd JAK to launch in market after topical Opzelura and oral RINVOQ. The Vitiligo HCP Marketing Director will be integral to the LITFULO marketing team in delivering excellence launch preparation and through to its first launch year and beyond.

This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced HCP marketer to lead several bold initiatives and demonstrate significant leadership across the marketing and cross functional team.

The Vitiligo HCP Marketing Director LITFULO will be responsible for preparing for the launch of LITFULOs second indication. This will include unbranded and branded campaign messaging CVA/iDetail and website development assets production strategy and tactical development and media planning.

This position will be supported by a Senior Manager and will report into the US Litfulo Brand Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Vitiligo HCP Marketing Director for LITFULO will be accountable for the development and execution of HCP strategies and tactics that maximize HCP engagement and drive LITFULO business growth. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Development of best-in-class HCP campaign to drive HCP awareness and action in partnership with Global Vitiligo HCP lead
  • Support development and execution of insights-driven long and short-term HCP strategy and tactics.
  • Develop and execute branded HCP tactics across omnichannel ecosystem
  • Support media strategy budget and plan across omnichannel ecosystem including innovation.
  • Lead analysis and development of future audience segmentation builds in close collaboration with IIS and CMO/media
  • Develop holistic learning and measurement plan monitoring key metrics to evaluate the implementation and ROI of key HCP marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly to maximize plan output.
  • Collaborate with global marketing the US Consumer and Access teams US LITFULO Alopecia Areata team cross functional partners (CMO I&I IIS MGIDN PR RC etc.)
  • Champion innovation seek learnings from other brands and other industries to elevate and amplify approach.
  • Mentorship of Senior Manager

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 8 years of broad pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of 4-5 years of US marketing experience
  • US HCP brand marketing experience is required.
  • Prior experience with new indication or campaign launch
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and driving cross-functional groups to alignment and action
  • Demonstration of strategic and tactical marketing capabilities with proven creative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving and planning capabilities.
  • Proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously
  • Strong business acumen with proven communication skills for a wide variety of audiences including senior leadership.
  • Strong team player.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in dermatology Rx category
  • High learning agility and ability to strategically and purposefully lead others through ambiguity and change.
  • Ability to work in white space (without road map) detail oriented action driven and creative mindset.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
