Testing Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the administration of online examinations/ATI for nursing students
• Supervise student lab assistants and assist the Office Manager with student schedule maintenance and training
• Act as a liaison between the Pre-licensure Division and the standardized testing company
• Maintain computer software for testing lab. Software includes Nursing Computer Assisted Instruction programs test banks and user-specific programs
• Provide support for all pre-licensure nursing events (Spotlight Visit Day Nurse Pinning White Coat)

Education

• Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience

• At least three (3) years of equivalent combination experience/education
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Access etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self motivated
• Advanced knowledge of web-based technology hardware and software applications and instructional applications
• Adapts to changing technologies and procedures to accommodate and facilitate evolving department workflow
• Accuracy and attention to detail
