What youll do:As a leading contributor within the practice this senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Be a Consultant/Delivery Manager and have extensive NetSuite ERP implementation/optimization expertise
- Analyze business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customers objectives by combining leading practices product knowledge and business acumen
- Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions
- Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs developing innovative plans to solve their problems and implementing these plans to the clients satisfaction
- Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies as well as advanced analytical problem-solving skills applied to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively
- Leading the optimization aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions within constraints of time and customer prioritizations
- Providing direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influencing customer leadership on key decisions
- Being responsible for managing clients in post go-live environments
- Being adept at managing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality
- Working with technical and performance experts at NetSuite to get the best outcomes for your Customer.
- Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top this role you will often be working under pressure working with several customers simultaneously and striving to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
What youll need to be successful:
- Ideally with 7 years NetSuite hands on implementation/optimization experience.
- Your 7 years consulting experience with other ERP solutions is a definite plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Supply Chain IT or a related discipline preferred.
