Childrens Home Registered Manager Up to 55000 Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to take the reins of a brand-new residential service for children and young people. What Were Looking For:
- A recognised Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Childrens Residential Care or the willingness to work towards it (must already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing a childrens residential home.
- Strong leadership people management and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding childrens rights and residential childcare standards.
- Ability to work flexibly including on-call duties.
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong supportive leadership to staff teams within the childrens home.
- Ensure the home consistently meets or exceeds Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Lead by example in creating a safe nurturing and positive environment for children and young people.
- Oversee care planning safeguarding and daily operations of the home.
- Recruit train and develop staff supporting them to reach their full potential.
- Manage budgets resources and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies families and professionals to deliver the best outcomes.
