Drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics dashboards functional processes and cross-functional initiative coordination. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality volume timeliness etc.).
As a program manager you will be fully responsible for driving the teamwork of cross function teams to achieve on time delivery with quality to meet the business goals.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and managing cross functional technology led or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors suppliers customers and internal functions. .
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
- Extensive project & program management skills leveraging Agile principles including developing and managing schedules scope budgets resource plans issues risks communications and quality/testing plans
- Monitor delivery of projects and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs) schedule resources and milestone delivery
- Identify problems impediments dependencies and other team dysfunctions then facilitate quick resolution
- Track record of working well with others by partnering leading and influencing cross functional teams
- Nurture self-organizing high-performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring
- Resolve conflict through arbitration negotiation reasoned discussion or escalation
- Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous very fast-paced results-oriented environment
- Assist the scrum master product owner and engineering lead with keeping development and delivery on track
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Engineering
- 5 years experience in project leadership or driving product delivery. Experience working in cross-functional relationships strong influential and communication skills
- Consistent track record of success driving complex programs from inception to delivery
- Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English
- Enthusiastic full of positive energy and persistent to targets
Desired Characteristics
- Demonstrated experience with NPI ISO and regulatory compliance process design history file and collaterals are in place and current
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to details and ability to multi-task
- Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
