Hunter Subaru is seeking a professional organized and customer-focused Loaner Fleet Coordinator to oversee our dealerships loaner vehicle program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
As the Loaner Fleet Coordinator youll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when using loaner vehicles while also managing the scheduling maintenance and tracking of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and professionally explain the loaner vehicle process
- Schedule assign and track all loaner vehicles
- Ensure vehicles are clean fueled and properly maintained
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle use mileage and service needs
- Communicate effectively with the service department and customers
- Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet operations
What Were Looking For
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with dealership software (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative service or automotive experience preferred
