- Salary: 24414 per annum pro rata Grade 2 Point 2
- Hours: 28.75 hours per week 38 weeks per year Monday Friday 8.45am 3pm

Elmswell CP School are seeking to appoint a conscientious and motivated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide support for an individual pupil.
You will have:
- experience in helping children to develop positive learning behaviours
- flexibility to adapt duties and responsibilities as per the needs of the pupils in your care
- a sound understanding of the skills required to support childrens needs using positive behaviour strategies
- the ability to use your own initiative and to be flexible
- good English and Maths skills
- an understanding of the barriers children with special educational needs can face and an ability to support them to achieve.
The post will be conditional on the pupil remaining in school.
We are a thriving school 9 miles from Bury St Edmunds with well-motivated pupils and very supportive friendly staff.
