We deliver secure high-quality language access solutions for USCIS and other federal agencies across more than 80 languages.
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our USCIS contract. This role ensures continuity of leadership manages day-to-day operations and provides oversight when the Program Manager is engaged in executive-level responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple task orders (OPI VRI ASL translation).
- Serve as acting lead in the Program Managers absence.
- Coordinate with Project Managers Scheduling Coordinators and CORs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support risk management compliance tracking and performance reporting.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues for resolution.
- Assist with financial oversight including invoice reviews and cost tracking.
- Manage process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Mentor and support project staff to ensure consistent quality across the contract.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (Masters preferred).
- 5 years of operations or contract management experience preferably in federal contracting or language services.
- Strong understanding of USCIS/DHS protocols FAR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multilingual teams or service delivery projects preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.
