We deliver secure high-quality language access solutions for USCIS and other federal agencies across more than 80 languages.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our USCIS contract. This role ensures continuity of leadership manages day-to-day operations and provides oversight when the Program Manager is engaged in executive-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for multiple task orders (OPI VRI ASL translation).
Serve as acting lead in the Program Managers absence.
Coordinate with Project Managers Scheduling Coordinators and CORs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support risk management compliance tracking and performance reporting.
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues for resolution.
Assist with financial oversight including invoice reviews and cost tracking.
Manage process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Mentor and support project staff to ensure consistent quality across the contract.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field (Masters preferred).
5 years of operations or contract management experience preferably in federal contracting or language services.
Strong understanding of USCIS/DHS protocols FAR regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing multilingual teams or service delivery projects preferred.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.
