Role Overview:
As theDirector of Product Analytics you will lead the strategic direction execution and continuous advancement of Mimecasts product analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing analytics team driving data-informed decision-making and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that enhance product strategy and customer experience. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for analytics business impact and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Product Analytics ensuring alignment with Mimecasts broader business objectives and product strategy.
Team Management:Build mentor and lead a diverse team of analytics professionals fostering a culture of excellence curiosity and continuous improvement.
Insight Generation:Oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights dashboards and reports that inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Product Engineering Sales and Customer Success teams to embed analytics into the product lifecycle and drive data-driven innovation.
Operational Excellence:Develop and implement best practices KPIs and scalable processes to ensure high-quality reliable and impactful analytics delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a senior point of contact for key internal stakeholders representing Product Analytics at the leadership level and advocating for data-driven culture.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience leading Product Analytics or similar functions in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong background in analytics data science or business intelligence with a proven track record of driving business impact through data.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
Passion for innovation customer experience and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $168K - $252K base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
