Pull up a chair and join us! The Hearthstone team is looking for a Senior Producer to join our ranks! We have a ton of stuff in the works and we need your help to stay focused organized and to set up new pipelines! We value diverse voices and varied backgrounds and were looking for individuals to help us build fun compelling and inviting experiences for Hearthstone. Previous experience as a Hearthstone player is not a requirement for this role however it is a plus.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this position is Irvine CA.
Responsibilities
- Build prioritize and maintain the teams backlog and roadmap based on input from the team leadership and stakeholders
- Work daily with your team that includes Artists Designers Engineers and QA Testers to bring new features to life for our players. This means running meetings planning for team capacity managing tasks fostering team health creating documentation and removing obstacles
- Support live issues maintenance bug triage and improvements of live features
- Collaborate with art leadership to prioritize assets and effectively manage both internal and external artist resources
- Represent the development team in publishing commercial customer support and platform planning discussions
- Identify risks plan for mitigations and communicate ongoing status on projects
- Promote contribute to and participate in a culture of diversity equity and inclusion
- As a senior producer youll be expected to take on mentees from time to time as well as contribute to the production discipline and processes within the Hearthstone team
Requirements
- 8 years of experience working on live software or game in production operations or project management capacity
- Experience overseeing multiple art pipelines and managing processes for a diverse range of assets
- Strong foundation of software development and project management methodologies
- Ability to build track and maintain complex roadmaps and schedules
- History of delivering in a fast-paced software delivery pipeline
- Highly self-motivated and accountable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pluses
- Professional game industry experience on a live game
- Prior experience in engineering or supporting engineering teams
- Experience using Flow Miro Jira and Confluence
- Experienced Hearthstone player

You can learn more by visiting the U.S. the standard base pay range for this role is $80800.00 - $149400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
