Commercial Specialist

We are now looking for a Commercial Specialist (Sales Support) to support the Sales Managers. You will be based in Roeselare Belgium and report to the Commercial Director.

Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What you will do:

• Responding to customer requests (answering questions & responding to complaints)

• Gathering customer feedback and satisfaction to exceed expectations

• Reporting on client turnover to clients

• Supporting accounts and prospects

• Managing promotions and inventory

• Coordinating shipment of samples to clients

• Completing logistics and quality documents

• Coordinating projects for product adjustment activities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

What we appreciate:

• Fluent in English. Strong in French and/or Dutch are an advantage

• Customer-focused individual. Experience in FMCG is a plus

• Strong organizational skills structured approach and capability to keep the overview

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues external partners and foster a positive office environment

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal enabling effective interactions with internal teams and external contacts

• University degree or equivalent based on working experience
