Commercial Specialist

We are now looking for a Commercial Specialist (Sales Support) to support our retail business France & Germany in Customer Brands. You will be based in Roeselare Belgium and report to Head of Commercial Specialists.

Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Do you have strong account management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Are you a real team player If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What you will do

• Respond to customer requests e.g. questions & complaints

• Gather customer feedback and satisfaction to exceed expectations

• Report on customer turnover to clients

• Support accounts and prospects

• Manage promotions and inventory

• Coordinate shipment of samples

• Complete logistics and quality documents

• Coordinate projects for product changes

• Communicate with different stakeholders

• Actively participate in one-to-one and team meetings

What we appreciate

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively. French is a plus

• 3 years of experience in customer or sales support roles

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners and foster a positive office environment

• Strong organizational skills structured approach and capability to keep the overview

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent knowledge based on working experience

• Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools

• Ability to travel 3-4 times per year
