Job Summary
Subaru of Bend is a premier Subaru dealership in Bend OR proudly serving our neighbors from Redmond La Pine and surrounding locations. We have been family-owned and operated since 1973 making us one of the oldest Subaru dealerships in the country. We have an opening for a full-time Office Title Clerk.

Salary: $20 - $23 per hour based on experience
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare paperwork for the titling of new used and wholesale transactions
- Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely manner
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Prepare and submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Keep current with applicable laws
- Contacts banks to obtain lien releases
- Applies for duplicate titles when needed
- Checks all paperwork for the correct title lien information and taxes.
- Issue stock numbers and stock-in used vehicles purchased
- Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets
- Follow up on all payoffs to ensure a quick return of titles and lien releases
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel and Google Apps experience
- Highly organized and eager to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
