We are looking for dependable team members to join our operation. You will perform a variety of tasks under the guidance of a shift supervisor. No prior experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn.
What Youll Do:
- Follow work instructions using scan guns and reports.
- Accurately scan count and track materials and parts.
- Report any issues to the team lead quality technician or supervisor.
- Help maintain a safe clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
General Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Comfortable reading and following directions.
- Basic counting and accuracy skills.
- Willing to rotate between different roles as needed.
- Team-oriented dependable and detail-focused.
- Full-time availability and strong attendance record.
- Able to use scanning equipment and inventory software (training provided).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- No experience requiredwe provide training.
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Work Schedule:
Must be available to work 5 days Monday through Saturday (e.g. MonFri or TuesSat). Please indicate your preferred shift when applying.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $14.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $15.25/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
