Job Summary
Senior Associate Marketing Procurement
Location: NYC-HQ (not open to Boulder-HQ)
The Senior Associate Marketing Procurement will support HelloFreshs Global Indirect Procurement Team in delivering value across Marketing spend categories. This role is ideal for someone early in their procurement career who is eager to learn category management fundamentals gain experience in sourcing and build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Strategic Sourcing
- Support the end-to-end RFx process by gathering requirements preparing documentation tracking supplier submissions and summarizing results.
- Assist in price comparison exercises and review supplier proposals for accuracy.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
- Work with internal requestors to clarify requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate communications with suppliers for routine updates RFx clarifications and document requests.
- Assist with resolving minor delivery or billing discrepancies escalating when needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in collecting cleaning and analyzing spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
- Help prepare baselines benchmarks and cost models to support sourcing initiatives.
- Compile regular reports and dashboards for Procurement Leadership under guidance from senior team members.
Contract & Compliance Support
- Maintain organized vendor files and ensure updates are tracked.
- Monitor usage of implemented contracts and flag compliance issues to category leads as required.
- Coordinate with Legal Finance other internal stakeholders and Suppliers to gather documentation and clarify contract terms.
Learning & Development
- Participate in procurement process training and shadow senior team members in negotiations and category reviews.
- Support category leaders with ad hoc projects to gain exposure to different indirect procurement categories.
You are
- Timely and accurate support of sourcing events and procurement processes.
- Quality and accuracy of data analysis and reporting.
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Demonstrated growth in procurement knowledge and skills.
You have
- 1-3 years in procurement sourcing supply chain or a related business support role. Previous experience within a global indirect procurement function especially Marketing is a plus.
- A bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is a must.
- Previous experience with a P2P system is a plus (ex: Coupa Oracle Workday Procurement)
