Description

As a Credit Collection Intern you will support the Credit Collection team in day-to-day operations and gain valuable exposure to global finance processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with follow-ups on outstanding receivables using internal tools (e.g. OnGuard).
  • Sending reminder emails and supporting outbound collection calls under supervision.
  • Helping to document and escalate unresolved collection issues.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with international teams and gaining exposure to global finance operations.


Responsibilities
  • Paid internship with flexible working hours.
  • Hybrid work model (3 days in office 2 remote).

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of another European language is a valuable asset.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Willingness to learn and develop in a professional international environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
  • Interest in financial processes such as order-to-cash and dispute resolution (prior experience is a plus but not required).
Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as part of the offer process in accordance with applicable country-specific laws and practices.
