Job Description

With a focus on excellence and personalized attention we help our clients navigate the complex immigration process ensuring that each step is supported by expert advice and a thorough knowledge of Canadian law.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team to contribute to the efficient management of our internal processes and the success of our talented team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a person with exceptional interpersonal skills who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects in a constantly changing environment. We are looking for someone with a dynamic approach and a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Tasks:

    • Prepare and file contracts confidentiality agreements and other HR legal documents;
    • Maintain employee files in the human resources system;
    • Support in recruitment and selection of personnel;
    • Attendance control and vacation tracking;
    • Handling basic employee inquiries on policies benefits and procedures;
    • Facilitate the distribution of internal communications and updated policies;
    • Support in payroll and benefits management;
    • Support in staff onboarding and social security affiliations;
    • Oversee regulatory compliance with Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

Requirements:

    • Technical or professional degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Accounting or related careers.
    • Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in administrative roles preferably in the human resources area.
    • Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative processes related to human resources.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) and human resources management platforms.
    • Organizational skills proactivity and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
    • Ability to communicate in French will be highly valued.
    • Candidates located in Colombia are preferred. Candidates of other nationalities will also be considered.
