Job Description
Role: Senior Hardware Design Engineer
Salary: 50000 - 60000
Location: Near Colchester
Sponsorship is NOT provided
Main skills we are looking for:
- Advanced hardware design expertise: digital analogue and RF hardware design (including high-speed signal design RF power management and EMI/EMC considerations).
- Strong debugging and testing skills:hands-on use of oscilloscopes logic analysers and spectrum analysers to validate and troubleshoot hardware.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer: schematic capture and PCB layout creation.
- Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration: managing complex product development from concept to production while working with software mechanical test and manufacturing teams.
- Mentorship and technical guidance: providing support and knowledge transfer to junior engineers.
