We are seeking a Group Retirement Support Coordinator to join our Indigenous Solutions team in Winnipeg or Burlington. The Group Retirement Support Coordinator will be the administrative support go-to person for all pension clients and will support our pension consultants service representatives and service coordinators with our Partner Firm Life Benefit Solutions regarding pension related questions and enquiries.

The Group Retirement Support Coordinator will:
Client and Service Support
Coordinate and prepare plan review materials
Maintain client folders and file all relevant documents and emails
Analyze and summarize pricing information from marketings
Research answers and draft responses to client questions where appropriate
Create benchmarking reports based on client demographics and industry data
Draft sales presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
Research statistics and industry trends for client meetings and GRS collateral
Team Support and Development
Attend regular staff team and client planning meetings
Promote and maintain a collaborative team environment
Train coach and mentor new team members
Acknowledge/respond and be available to support team members
Challenge status quo and think about work you could take on from consultants
Coordinate projects and tasks with the Pension Team
Review carrier emails attend industry webinars to stay current and improve industry knowledge
Quality Control and Process Development
Ensure work is completed delivered to consultants and clients on time
Develop a project plan for all known projects and coordinate prioritization
Ensure all work and materials have been checked before sending to client
Help streamline plan reviews and other reports to reduce process times
To be Successful as a Group Retirement Support Coordinator with Life Benefit Solutions you will need :
A passion for customer service
Experience in Group Retirement an asset
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
To be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
Team engagement and responsiveness with our clients and partners
Proficiency with MS Office suite
