Job Characteristics
As an RBDS Technician you will:
- Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards.
- Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards.
- Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments.
- Manage project planning execution and service delivery after initial shadowing.
- Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes.
- Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees.
- Travel internationally sometimes on short notice.
- Collaborate with Bioquells global subsidiaries and distributors.
- Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.
- Serve as the customer liaison for all on-site operational activities including pre-site meetings site surveys and process planning.
- Provide on-site team leadership and project ownership.
Education and Experience Requirements
- B.E/. or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- High energy initiative and a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site and within a multidisciplinary team.
- BSc or equivalent in Engineering/Science with hands-on technical skills.
- Project management and leadership experience (preferred).
- Candidates must be or be willing to be vaccinated against specific microorganisms.
