The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager for AI/ML products at Workhuman you will spearhead the development and execution of AI-driven solutions that transform how businesses engage and recognize their workforce. This role requires a visionary leader who can blend business strategy technological innovation and customer-centric design to deliver exceptional SaaS products. Your expertise in AI/ML will be pivotal in creating intelligent systems that enhance decision-making automate complex processes and provide powerful analyticselevating our offerings to new heights.
** This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our Dublin office

The Skills You Will Bring
Experience & Expertise: 7 years in product management with a strong focus on AI/ML product development in a B2B SaaS environment.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies product-market fit and customer needs; direct experience with Generative AI a plus.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to conduct market research interpret user data and anticipate industry trends to shape innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders across engineering design marketing and sales to deliver results.
Leadership: Track record of mentoring others and fostering high-performing innovative teams.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using insights and metrics to guide decision-making.
Ethical Mindset: Commitment to integrating fairness privacy and transparency into product design.
Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field; additional qualifications in business or product leadership are a plus.
