THE ROLE
As the Principal Product Manager for Commerce you will be at the heart of Pures digital transformation owning the core data platform that powers our global commerce engine. This is a high-visibility high-impact role where you will re-architect how a multi-billion-dollar company goes to market. You will lead the charge in building scalable automated and AI-driven go to market motions collaborating closely with senior leadership and our skilled engineering teams in Prague to shape the future of our customer and partner experience.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Own and define the product vision and roadmap for our custom commerce platform delivering a forward-looking strategy that anticipates market trends and unlocks new revenue opportunities.
- Lead the automation and end-to-end orchestration of our most critical business processes from Quote-to-Cash and fulfillment to partner integrations leveraging our commerce accelerator platform to ship outcomes faster.
- Collaborate with cross-functional go-to-market teams to design and build scalable new business models and revenue streams for Pure Storage.
- Drive the integration of Agentic AI into our commerce engine to transform key business operations and create intelligent predictive customer experiences.
- Partner directly with engineering counterparts in Prague and the US to prioritize a roadmap that is measured by customer outcomes and align with senior leadership on strategic priorities and business objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven ability to own and deliver successful products in a B2B enterprise or commerce-focused environment with a track record of driving significant business impact.
- Deep expertise in the end-to-end commerce lifecycle including Quote-to-Order Order-to-Cash and fulfillment processes.
- A strategic mindset balanced with a passion for tactical execution and the ability to translate complex customer needs into clear actionable product requirements.
- Demonstrated success working in an Agile environment collaborating effectively with engineering and architecture teams to deliver complex scalable platforms.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align across all levels of the organization from engineering teams to senior executives.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
