Support Technician

• Help train operations and develop clear procedures to manufacture test and troubleshoot our digital solutions ensuring consistent quality and execution.
• Install set up and calibrate monitoring devices sensors and instrumentation.
• Support commissioning PRV monitoring systems and verify connectivity with control systems (DCS PLC etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair monitoring devices and field communication issues (HART Modbus Ethernet/IP etc.).
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams during site trials demos and service visits.
• Prepare service reports calibration records and feedback to engineering.
  

• You identify and seize new opportunities. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.
  

• Associate degree technical diploma or equivalent experience in Instrumentation Electronics Process Control or Mechatronics.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation process control or field service.
• Proficiency in calibrating and maintaining sensors transmitters and controllers (pressure flow level temperature).
• Good communication and training skills with the ability to write clear work instructions.

• Ability to travel domestically/internationally (up to 1015%).
