Raytheon Logistics Engineering team is looking for aLogistics Analysttosupportthe DDG ILS Team with the development of logistics products and ship this role you will beresponsiblefor providing logistics and sustaining engineeringsupportfor the Zumwalt DDG 1000 Program ensuring the system is affordable (lowest life cycle cost) operablesupported and sustained throughproactiveimplementation.
This position is auniqueopportunity to expand your experience across a very wide variety of state-of-the art technologies throughorganizationof hardware as various mission systems are brought online with modernization efforts on the Zumwalt class.
What You Will Do:
- Assist logistics team in efforts activities necessary to meet program requirements.
- Compare drawings parts list andchangepages against our current configuration tohelpidentify updates.
- Interface with Raytheon Test Activation IPT on logistics matters.
- Attend and provide status at the weekly team meeting for both logistics and test activation IPT.
- Supportshipyard configuration check/verification.
- Access ship to validate installed equipment vs. builtconfiguration.
- Take photos of installed equipment insupportof the IETM development.
- Hardware pick-up and delivery whenneededto transport assets (failed repaired and or spare replacement) between authorized locations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with logistics integration test and/or drawings.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Knowledge of LogisticSupportAnalysis (LSA) Diagnostic analysis Maintenance Task analysis.
- Excellentcomputer skills consist of proficiency in Microsoft Excel Project Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Familiar with ship activation schedule and test and activation issue tracking.
- Broad knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous materialadministration.
- Knowledge of government and shipbuilder warehousing processes for failed equipment replenishment.
- Familiarity with the development of Technical Documentation Training.
- Experience in performing Navy shipyard logistics or Navy shipbuilding activation.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
