Job Summary
Starting Salary: $53000 per year
The Program Manager provides direct supervision of staff members within the program and oversees program services implementation. The manager monitors the milieu to assure that a therapeutic environment supportive of each youths treatment plan is maintained. Other responsibilities include oversight of documentation; facilitating communication between departments within the program and with other agencies as needed; assisting with program development.

- You will be monitoring the milieu to assure that a therapeutic environment supportive of each youths treatment plan is maintained.
- Other responsibilities include oversight of documentation; facilitating communication between departments within the program and with other agencies as needed; assisting with program development.
If you can do all that you have what it takes. It might help if...
- A bachelors degree and two (2) years of work experience in a child-caring facility;
- OR Two (2) years of education from a college or university and two (2) years of work experience in a child-caring facility;
- OR A high school diploma or an equivalence certificate and at least five (5) years of work experience in a child-caring facility.
- Ability to self-start work independently and adhere to timelines on a consistent basis with a minimum of assistance and supervision.
- Must have the ability to lead and mentor staff.
- The applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the specific needs of the program and the clients.
