In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes improve operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud Transportation Management solutions.

- Understanding of Oracle Cloud OTM configurations including Order Management Fleet Management Shipment Planning and Freight Payment.

- Ability (or understanding) to customize workflows business rules and integrations using Oracle OTM tools and scripting as per business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams to address issues with integrations between Oracle Cloud OTM and other enterprise systems (ERP WMS TMS etc.).

- Support Quarterly upgrades Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud OTM latest features and best practices.

- Identify analyze and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle Cloud OTM.

- Develop detailed functional and technical design documents.

- Conduct training sessions and prepare user manuals for end-users.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Transportation Management implementations and/or support (3 years preferred).

- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes such as order management route planning freight payment carrier management and shipment execution.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud OTM configuration and customization.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) SOA REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

- Knowledge of Oracle BI/OTM reporting tools is a plus.

- Ability to write or understand scripting languages used in OTM (Groovy SQL PL/SQL).

- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
