Job Summary

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Tower Climber Top Hand to join a growing company.

Hourly Range: $21 - $25hr
Benefits: Medical dental vision PTO

Role & Responsibilities:

Climb and work on communication towers up to several hundred feet
Install maintain and repair antennas coaxial cables fiber mounts and related equipment
Assist with rigging hoisting and positioning of tower components and materials
Follow directions from the foreman to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Perform grounding weatherproofing and testing of installed systems
Conduct tower and site inspections documenting conditions and work performed
Adhere to OSHA company and industry safety standards at all times
Operate hand tools power tools and test equipment safely and effectively
Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members
Travel to various job sites and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions

Qualifications:

Must have minimum 4years overall Tower Climber experience
Must have minimum 2years Top Handexperience
