The Hand Center a leading solo private surgical practice in Lubbock Tx is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgeon to join a busy private practice. This rare opportunity offers an established thriving practice with an outstanding reputation a large patient base and a strong referral network. The ideal candidate specializes in hand wrist and elbow surgery and is committed to delivering the highest level of subspecialty care.

About Us

A thriving solo Hand Surgeon practice is seeking a new partner to join a successful and well-established private practice. The Hand Center founded in 2000 by Dr. Garry Pollock is the preferred hand provider for the Texas Tech Athletic Department. With Dr. Pollock planning for retirement this is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with a strong reputation and built-in referral base.

Opportunities are available to participate with medical students and Orthopedic Residents through Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in outpatient setting- Diagnose treat and manage in hand wrist and elbow

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

- Practice Call Only Hospital Call Optional

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records

- Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives

Qualifications

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

- Completion of Orthopedic residency and a Hand Fellowship

- Board certified/board eligible preferred

- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas

- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills

- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary (MGMA Data based on experience) with productivity and/or quality incentives

Schedule & Call

- Monday- Thursday clinic day

- Friday optional

- PRACTICE CALL ONLY HOSPITAL CALL OPTIONAL
