The Office of Technology Services aims to be a responsible partner in delivering innovative effective and reliable solutions that support and enhance the IT functions within Executive Branch Departments. The Office of Technology Services will work to increase the return on the States investment in technology by promoting smart decision-making solving problems intelligently increasing the rate of project success and fostering a skilled and professional staff.
This position plans and oversees the execution of print requests while resolving disputes and managing relationships.
The Division of Administration is the state governments management arm and the hub of its financial operations. Division offices perform a wide variety of activities including the following:- Overseeing the states capital construction program
- Working to provide state and federal grants for community development
- Development of the state budget
- Providing technology services
- Giving agencies guidance in the state purchasing and contracting process as they seek goods and services
- Administering a program that provides federal funds to help Louisiana residents recover from a series of devastating hurricanes
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in information technology or printing operations.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every fifteen semester hours earned in information technology from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience towards the required experience.
Every six months of vocational or technical school training in information technology will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Plans and oversees the execution of customer print requests either for insourcing or through third-party suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective means are employed for each request. Establishes and maintains client profiles for enterprise printing color management data processing brand management data schemas and related requirements.
Serves as a lead for customer principals buyers and officials by resolving disputes and managing relationships. Analyzes the most complex enterprise printing account historical costs and makes recommendations to clients to add value and/or reduce costs. Oversees the work product of lower-level printing personnel to insure client satisfaction with enterprise printing services.
Continuously seeks opportunities for improvements to enterprise printing services provided to customers. Promotes the onboarding of new accounts by marketing services to prospective clients.
All other duties assign.
