We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Transaction Banking team. This client-facing role is pivotal in supporting our e-channels cash and trade product services. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries related to e-channels cash and trade products.
- Assist with account management and online transaction processing.
- Provide training and guidance on e-banking functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as login payment and account-related concerns.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical matters.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Support client service managers with presentation materials and internal reporting.
- Stay informed on industry developments security protocols and regulatory changes.
Strategic & Financial Impact:
- Contribute to embedding MUFG in clients transaction flows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support financial targets through effective client servicing.
Client & Control Focus:
- Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as first-level support for daily client queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in coordination with other departments.
- Build product knowledge to enhance client support.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
