About the role

The Planning & Forecast Analyst will support the Planning & Forecasting Lead or in-market FD by managing the preparation of annual and monthly forecasts as well as preparing monthly management reports to assess performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the market in preparing monthly forecasts (CMF) Annual Business Planning (ABP) Standards Setting (FLIP) and ad-hoc tasks

• Prepare monthly forecasts for Sales CoGs A&P OPEX (overall P&L) and Cash Flow

• Develop update and maintain financial models for detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts (CCC process)

• Prepare commentaries on P&L and BS variances versus Actuals ABP LY and prior forecasts

• Submit CMF and ABP into BISON and manage the annual cost Flip process

• Prepare internal management reports (e.g. MPR) for executive leadership

Why You

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree) in Finance Accountancy Business Economics

• 3-5 years of relevant experience ideally within a similar operating model or sector with E-commerce exposure

• Experience in Financial Planning Budgeting FP&A or FBP preferably in FMCG

• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding

• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and data extraction

• Proficiency in financial analysis modeling and forecasting

• Effective relationship management and customer service orientation

• Experience in a matrix environment

• Strong report writing coordination planning and organizational skills

• High standards of integrity and professionalism
