About the Role:

As a Senior Chef de Partie at Cairn Group youll take the lead in your kitchen sectionwhether its sauces butchery pastry or vegetablespreparing high-quality dishes and guiding junior chefs to deliver excellence every service.

Youll be responsible for mentoring and supervising Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs in your area supporting their development and ensuring consistency cleanliness and efficiency across all kitchen operations.

Reporting to the Sous Chef or Head Chef youll confidently carry out instructions while also leading by examplebringing precision creativity and professionalism to every shift.
