Work Hours: U.S. Pacific Time Zone; core coverage 9 AM 2 PM PT (with some flexibility)

You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads quickly and consistently schedule job walks or technician visits and route opportunities to the appropriate local team. Success in this role means no lead slips through the cracks and every qualified opportunity gets fast professional follow-up.
Inbound Response: Answer calls and emails promptly using Grasshopper and shared inboxes.
Lead Qualification: Use a short checklist (scope timeline location budget decision-maker) to determine lead quality.
Scheduling: Book and confirm job walks or virtual assessments; send invites and reminders.
CRM Management: Log all interactions tag brands and opportunity types accurately.
Escalation Handling: Route urgent requests to on-call managers following company procedures.
Follow-Up: Send concise recap emails to prospects and internal teams after bookings.
Reporting: Track daily lead volume conversion rates to scheduled job walks and no-shows.
Strong English communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus).
12 years experience in customer service inside sales dispatch or scheduling.
Confident and professional phone presence with clear written communication.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call systems (Grasshopper or similar).
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
