Job Description

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned provider of pediatric Occupational Physical and Speech therapy in Eugene and Corvallis. Our mission is to provide the children and families we serve with holistic direct therapy services that improve their quality of life. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists can thrive and make a real difference in the lives of children.


We are currently accepting applications for a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team in our Corvallis this role you will provide one-on-one therapy to children ages birth to 18 with a variety of speech and language disorders.


Responsibilities:

  • Observe and evaluate children to determine their current level of speech function strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care.
  • Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to facilitate home program carryover.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation including daily notes evaluation reports and progress reports.
  • Ensure accurate coding for billing insurance companies.
  • Adhere to all established rules regulations and laws.
  • Work cooperatively with families fellow therapists and other staff members.


Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and non-verbal children is a plus.
  • Telehealth experience is a plus.
  • Clinicians entering their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
