Job Description
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for data technology and supply chain excellence As the Manager of Supply Chain Data & Systems you will lead a global team dedicated to ensuring the accuracy reliability and smart use of data and technology across our supply chain operations.
In this pivotal role youll combine visionary thinking with hands-on leadership to drive data integrity enhance system performance and implement data-driven solutions that boost efficiency reduce costs and empower better decision-making. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams helping to shape and support our global supply chain strategy through innovative use of data and systems.
Your role
- Lead mentor and manage a team of data specialists and logistics/system engineers
- Data Integrity & Management: Ensuring data is accurate accessible and reliable across all supply chain platforms.
- Managing and improving the functionality of supply chain management (SCM) systems (e.g. Scale WMS) inventory management systems (i.e. ERP/DSX) and other related technologies.
- Defining requirements on Supply Chain data. Converting complex data into understandable insights and reports to support strategic decisions and identify performance trends.
- Developing and implementing technology solutions to streamline supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring supply chain systems and processes align with best practices and regulatory standards.
- In depth collaboration with IT to align and approve system requirements and changes.
Who you are
- At least a Bachelors degree in ICT supply chain or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the areas of Supply chain and data management
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and use analytical models to evaluate supply chain performance and use tools to create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- Expertise in the core stages of supply chain management and data management
