Are you an experienced automotive sales leader with a background in main dealerships Were recruiting for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join a high-performing dealership in Orpington.
This role offers the opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand lead a motivated sales team and enjoy excellent earnings potential with uncapped commission.
As Assistant Sales Manager you will work alongside the Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of vehicle sales executives. Youll bring your dealership management experience to ensure the smooth running of the department while maintaining exceptional customer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day sales operations
Leading motivating and developing a team of sales executives
Driving sales across vehicles finance and insurance products
Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring high CSI results
Managing showroom presentation and finance proposal processes
To be considered for this role you must have:
Proven experience in a main dealership at a managerial or supervisory level (e.g. Business Manager Transaction Manager Sales Controller or Assistant Sales Manager)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A professional customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Drive resilience and a track record of achieving sales targets
Basic salary: 32500
OTE in excess of 70000 (uncapped)
