The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary results-driven Assistant Director of Sales with experience in luxury hospitality sales responsible for driving revenue by developing and executing sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales plans to attract bookings aligning with the hotels revenue & ADR goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients event planners and travel agents.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide support and direction to the sales team with guidance from Director of sales working collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform and adapt sales strategies.
- Presentation & Negotiation: Lead client presentations conduct site tours and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Revenue and ADR Growth: Drive revenue and ADR growth for the hotels rooms in primary focus but also to F&B outlets and event spaces.
- Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales with a clear understanding of all market segments
