Job Summary

HR Solutions LLC is a leading provider of Human Resource Outsourcing Services including Payroll HR Consulting Group Employee Benefits and Risk Management services to small and mid-size companies is looking for aPayroll Coordinatorthat works well in a fast paced collaborative environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Works with clients to obtain employee and payroll information to process payroll accurately and timely.
  2. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  3. Prepares and maintains accurate client records and reports of payroll transactions.
  4. Ensures compliance with federal state and local payroll wage and hour laws and best practices.
  5. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  6. Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software systems and procedures.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type:

Full Time - Hybrid Remote

Required Skills/Abilities:

  1. Experience processing Payroll Payroll Taxes Garnishments Employee Deductions Benefit Deductions etc. on Payroll / HRIS systems or Services
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong Client Service and Relationship management skills.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  1. One years of Payroll Processing experience required.
  2. Prism HR or similar Payroll / HR systems experience a plus.
  3. Payroll certification a plus.
