Join our dynamic team at Ford Motor Company as a Cost Analyst in Chihuahua Engine this crucial role you will be responsible for overseeing cost administration and tracking daily operating expenses within the plant. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient financial management by reporting variances versus the budget and advising the operating team on cost-related decisions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Cost/Financial Analyst. Similar financial role within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills attention to detail.
4. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
