Job Description
Salary: Grade G 15.06 - 16.08 per hour (fulltime equivalent 29064 - 31022)
Hours of work: Full-time position Term time only (37 hours per week / 39 weeks a year)
Contract type: Permanent
We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join the Matravers family as soon as you have the relevant experience or are a looking for a change in career providing you have a real passion for your role and a vibrant enthusiasm to work with our brilliant pupils we want to hear from you.
Pastoral Managers support our pastoral system under the guidance of a Progress Leader or other Senior Leader. They help to ensure that barriers are removed that may prevent pupils from learning well.
