Macks Solicitors are seeking a highly skilled and dedicatedfull time Private Family Solicitor to join our prestigious law firm. As aPrivate Family Solicitor you will handle a wide range of family law casesproviding expert legal advice and representation to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private family law mattersincluding divorce child custody financial settlements and prenuptialagreements.
- Conduct legal research prepare legal documentswhilst representing clients in court hearings.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance toclients ensuring their best interests are protected.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals tosupport staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated with changes in family lawlegislation and maintain your expertise.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of experiencein this field would be desirable.
- Strong knowledge of family law principlesprocedures and relevant legislation.
- Proven Track record of handling complex familylaw cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal andwritten.
- Exceptional client management and negotiationabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam with strong time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining clientconfidentiality and ethical standards.
