The Engineering Services Manager willperform Engineering and Technical tasks for New Footscray Hospital. This role provides engineering support technical reviews development of scope of works preparation of engineering and building services related documentation for TAM Operations.
Responsibilities
- Technical and design review of engineering designs drawings specifications scopes and the like
- Liaison with the project team including design consultants the builder and key project stakeholders to develop protect and progress Honeywells engineering and business objectives
- Development of engineering technical business and risk mitigation documentation procedures and solutions
- Work with Operations teams to identify and manage potential building equipment or design defects
- Key stakeholder engagement with our clients project partners and key subcontractors
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree/qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
- 5 Years Engineering or Business Leadership experience
- Requires extensive and demonstrated experience working across building services / construction / operational projects.
- Proven background in Services engineering is essential. A demonstrated history working across engineering disciplines (electrical mechanical fire etc) is highly regarded
- Ability to work effectively in a customer driven functional engineering capacity
