What Youll Do
- Provide in-home care as directed by the Case Manager
- Assist with ADLs (bathing dressing grooming etc.) and AIDLs (meal prep light housekeeping transportation etc.)
- Drive clients safely to and from medical appointments errands and outings (milage reimbursed)
- Monitor and report client condition changes
- Maintain documentation and follow agency policies
- Deliver compassionate client-centered care
Schedule Options
- 4-hour 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
- Morning evening and overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts available
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance
