Job Summary
Maintenance Manager
HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface drilling mining and raiseboring services to clients across Australia.
With the expansion of our services an opportunity exists for a maintenance manager to work back-to-back with another maintenance manager to provide full coverage for our projects. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance crews for our fleet of drills and equipment.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team.
- 8/6 roster
- Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth
- Accommodation & meals provided
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to provide optimum availability of our fleet of drills and equipment
- Procures tools parts and equipment and oversees inventory to support maintenance operations.
About You
- At least 10 years experience in asimilar role within the mining/resources industry.
- Experience with Maintenance Management Systems
- A strong leadership style
- The ability to meet pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening medical and police clearance is required.
- Fit healthy and motivated
- Australian or NZ residents - Full working rights in Australia
