About the Team
The Strategic Programs & Operations team is responsible for driving complex company wide cross-functional projects and implementation of programs systems and processes that help our business grow.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through partnerships across the ecosystem that expand Miros reach deepen integration with partner organisations and strengthen our position as a thought leader in the industry.
Youll cultivate influential advocates build long-term relationships and create data-driven systems to ensure partnerships are delivering real impact. This role is both highly strategic and execution-focused. It is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development relationship-building and hands-on deal-making.
What youll do
- Expand Miros reach by increasing exposure to new users and decision-makers through strategic partnerships
- Integrate Miro into partner organizations to drive sustained organic adoption
- Establish Miro as a thought leader through co-branded initiatives joint research projects and program integrations
- Identify cultivate and empower key influencers and advocates within partner ecosystems
- Design and implement metrics reporting mechanisms and feedback loops to evaluate and optimize partnership effectiveness
- Drive pragmatic high-quality execution by prioritizing impactful opportunities over noise and delivering visible business outcomes

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $204800 to $256000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
