EUC Technician
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Manchester (Onsite - No remote working)
Rate: 200 per day
IR35 Status: Inside

Role Overview:
We require 3 EUC Technicians to join a team which is responsible for delivering a range of end user compute (EUC) activities across the business.
The role will involve resolving issues with hardware software and peripheral issues as well asproviding specialist technical support.
You will also provide 2nd line support and BAU as required.
Proficient in the installation or removal of hardware and/or software confirming the correct working of installations.
Provide investigation diagnosis and support and assisting users in making more effective use of their desktop systems products and services.
Document and record all work undertaken and conduct tests of any hardware/software affected using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools.
To provide excellent customer service.
*This role requires you to be onsite full time each week*
Essential Skills & Experience required:
As the EUC Technician you will possess previous experience of supporting services and infrastructures related to end user compute services and technologies; as well as device management
Demonstrable experience of systems administration and configuration.
Knowledge of Windows Linux and MacOS operating systems
Knowledge of EUD security and associated technologies eg: Antivirus and Firewalls
Experienced working on projects within a technical environment on a large scale
Desirable would be an ITIL foundation M365 administrator or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
