Client Service Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced insurance-industry professional to join our clients expanding Novato-based team. As the primary point of contact you will manage a portfolio of accounts by maintaining solid relationships with both brokers and insureds. You are a proactive communicator highly organized and thrive in a team environment.
Client Service Account Manager responsibilities include.
Manage the full policy lifecycle - new business onboarding endorsements renewals and cancellations.
Collaborate with internal partners ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Proactively address inquiries resolve issues and anticipate future needs.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate records.
Support new client service and operational initiatives
Stay informed on program guidelines carrier requirements and industry trends.
Special projects as assigned
Client Service Account Manager requirements
3 years of experience in an insurance client service or account management role
MGA or carrier environment experience is highly preferred.
Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified time.
Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and processes.
Excellent verbal written and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems (e.g. APPLIED Epic Salesforce) is a plus.

Compensation
$75000 to $85000 with comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for bonus incentive
