Client Service Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced insurance-industry professional to join our clients expanding Novato-based team. As the primary point of contact you will manage a portfolio of accounts by maintaining solid relationships with both brokers and insureds. You are a proactive communicator highly organized and thrive in a team environment.

Client Service Account Manager responsibilities include.

  • Manage the full policy lifecycle - new business onboarding endorsements renewals and cancellations.

  • Collaborate with internal partners ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Proactively address inquiries resolve issues and anticipate future needs.

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate records.

  • Support new client service and operational initiatives

  • Stay informed on program guidelines carrier requirements and industry trends.

  • Special projects as assigned

Client Service Account Manager requirements

  • 3 years of experience in an insurance client service or account management role

  • MGA or carrier environment experience is highly preferred.

  • Active Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain within a specified time.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and processes.

  • Excellent verbal written and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems (e.g. APPLIED Epic Salesforce) is a plus.

  • A customer-first mindset

Compensation

$75000 to $85000 with comprehensive benefits package and opportunity for bonus incentive
